- Express orders are primarily handled by DHL Express. However, depending on customs policies and destination requirements, we may route your package through alternative trusted express carriers to guarantee maximum delivery safety.
Triangular Shipping via Transit Hubs
Certain regions maintain exceptionally strict customs regulations. Because packages originating directly from China face higher rates of customs inspection or potential confiscation, we offer a specialized Triangular Shipping method.

2. Important Shipping Terms & Delivery Conditions
- Recommended Methods: We strongly advise choosing DHL Express or Triangular Shipping. Ordinary mail is subject to unpredictable delays and postal losses beyond our control, for which we cannot issue refunds.
- Contact Details: Please ensure you provide a valid, working phone number in your shipping address. If you are away during a delivery attempt, the courier will use this number to reschedule delivery with you.
- Failed Deliveries: If a package remains uncollected or undelivered after three (3) delivery attempts, the package will be destroyed by the courier. We are unable to provide refunds for packages destroyed due to failed delivery attempts.
- Delivery Guarantee: If your order fails to reach you for any other reason, we will reship a replacement order completely at our expense.
- Customs Fees: All shipments are sent via vetted routes and strategies designed to minimize customs clearance risks. You will not be responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes.
3. Returns & Refunds Policy
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will only be processed and released after we have physically received and inspected the returned product at our facility.
- 14-Day Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the package for a refund.
- Condition Requirement: Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition. Once a watch has been worn or altered, it is no longer eligible for return or refund. Please ensure the item remains in the exact condition it was received.
Return Process:

Customs Notice: Returning items to China carries inherent risks. Customs authorities may reject incoming packages and return them to the sender.
